1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EnsureFix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EnsureFix is an AI-powered code generation platform that processes software tickets and generates code fixes, reviews, and pull requests. The Service connects to your existing version control systems and ticket providers.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan without authorization.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.

5. Your Code and Data

You retain all ownership of your source code and data. EnsureFix does not claim any intellectual property rights over code processed through the Service. We do not store your source code beyond the processing window.

6. AI-Generated Code

Code generated by EnsureFix is provided as-is. While we implement multiple validation layers (security scanning, code review, confidence scoring), you are responsible for reviewing and testing AI-generated code before deploying to production. EnsureFix does not guarantee that generated code is free of defects.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnsureFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
